No. You the caregiver are 100% responsible for your child while they play and you enjoy a coffee and baked good :)

Our play café is designed for children typically aged between 1 and 8 years old. However, children of all ages are welcome under parental supervision.

Admission is for children 6 months of age and older. If your child will be playing in our play area, they will need to purchase a One Day Play Pass. There is no charge for parents and siblings under 6 months of age. Your daily open play pass is good for the entire day! If you choose to leave and return, simply let our staff know.

For the health and safety of all kiddos, Perky’s play area is a shoe free, socks on facility. No shoes may be worn in the play area, and socks must be worn at all times. Socks are available to purchase at our front counter should you forget yours.

You may bring in water bottles with a lid, or small snacks. We kindly request NO coffee drinks or meals from other establishments be brought into our café. We do NOT allow celebrations of any kind involving cake, cupcakes, etc to take place in the cafe during open play hours.

Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am-12pm. We may have adjusted hours during holidays or special events, so please check our website or social media for updates.

Yes, we are conveniently located close to the Library and Max square to utilize those spots if street parking is full.

Yes! We have quite the collection of seating options for our youngest customers.

Yes, we offer birthday party packages tailored to your needs. Please check our “birthday parties” tab or contact us directly for more information and booking availability.

Yes, we have a designated area specifically designed for 2 years and younger children to ensure their safety and enjoyment. Although they may also explore our other play areas with your supervision.

Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests. Please ask our staff for the password.

We do not impose a strict time limit for play, but we encourage families to be considerate of others during peak hours. If there are many guests waiting, we may kindly ask families to limit their playtime to ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the facilities.

To ensure the safety of all children, we recommend leaving strollers in our designated stroller parking area near the entrance. This also helps to maximize space inside the play area for children to move around freely.

Everyone (adults included) must take their shoes off before entering the play area! Socks MUST be worn, if you don’t have any, some are available for purchase.

No Adults are allowed in or on the play equipment.

The infant area is designated to children ages 1 and under, older children are not allowed in this area.

PARENTS ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILD AT ALL TIMES. Do not leave them unattended.

No hitting, rough play, or throwing toys

No outside food and drinks allowed. A water bottle may be kept in the Café seating area with your belongings, but it MUST have a lid.

If you and your kiddo are sick, please, please, please stay home to be courteous of staff and other families. We would love to see you when you are all feeling better.

Please try your best to help keep our space the way you found it- staff will always come and tidy up when needed- but we all know how the tiny tornadoes can be. If your kiddo puts a toy in their mouth, please kindly put it in one of our “YUCK BUCKETS” for staff to sanitize at their earliest convenience. A clean environment is our top priority.

No adults will be allowed in the café or play area without a child. You may enjoy a coffee in our kid free seating area or grab a cuppa to-go. The safety of our tiniest customers is our top priority, thank you for understanding.
